Storytelling Award Winner - GIBTM - Abu Dhabi

Pecha Kucha is one of the best techniques to tell a story, concisely. And this was the format for the competition chosen by the show organisers.

You have to know what you are going to say, rehearse your talk, and stay calm when, as time flies by.

The competition involved presenting and talking through 20 slides. The competition rules allowed just 20 seconds per slide. At the end of the 20 seconds, the slide automatically moved forward to the next one.

I gave Santa Claus a new profession in my story, which won the audience over.

This synopsis illustrates that you can re-invent characters and deliver a story in a different format.
