Virtual Event Producer - Global Production - Insurance Sector

Sometimes, I just love to be in the ‘thick of the action’ and make intuitive decisions in the moment. This was the case when I was hired as the producer for the ‘night shift’ of a global production in the insurance sector. 

The 2023 production ran nonstop for three days. It originated in New Zealand and finished in Mexico. In the middle, many time zones were crossed. The production engaged attendees in the UK, the USA, Australia, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.  

At the end of production, approximately 160 sessions had been delivered, 500 speakers had been onboarded, and recordings were immediately available for the client to share post-event. 

I am already looking forward to working on the next edition in 2025.
