Global Event Production Lead - Overnight Programme - Insurance Sector

I work alongside MMG’s production team on a three-day global production. I’m responsible for the overnight programme and co-ordinating the post-production workflow for session recordings during the day. The production takes place annually.

The 2023, 2024, and 2025 productions ran from Australia and New Zealand to the Middle East, Europe, and then the Americas.  

At the end of each event, approximately 160 sessions had been delivered, 500 speakers had been onboarded, and recordings were immediately available for the client to share post-event. 

I’m looking forward to working on the next edition in 2026.
