Hybrid and Virtual Event Project Manager - Global Production - Insurance Sector

I enjoy being in the ‘thick of the action’ and making intuitive decisions in the moment. This was the case when I was hired as the project manager for the ‘night shifts’ of a global hybrid and virtual production in the insurance sector. The production takes place annually.

The 2023, 2024 and 2025 productions ran nonstop for three days. As it’s a production that spans the world, numerous time zones were crossed, from Australia and New Zealand to the Middle East, Europe, and then the Americas.  

At the end of each production, approximately 160 sessions had been delivered, 500 speakers had been onboarded, and recordings were immediately available for the client to share post-event. 

I’m looking forward to working on the next edition in 2026.
